A METIS team has advised Lafayette Mittelstand Capital on the acquisition of corporate fitness provider DANTRIM GmbH by Lafayette’s portfolio company ACISO group.
ACISO and DANTRIM are providers of corporate fitness, company health management (BGM) and company health promotion (BGF). By this add-on transaction, together with ACISO’s subsidiary FITCOMPANY, the ACISO Group is expanding its position as a leading provider in this field.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Felix Dette, Dr. Lars Friske, Mario Kuhn, Pascal Rieth (all Corporate/M&A), Dr. Eva Breitenfeld and Daniel Salvadore (both Employment).
