Felix Dette primarily advises clients on M&A transactions and across the full spectrum of corporate and capital markets law, with a focus on limited liability company (GmbH), stock corporation, and group law. He has provided legal support for numerous corporate restructuring measures, such as squeeze-outs, intercompany agreements, and delistings, including related actions to set aside transactions and arbitration proceedings.
