METIS advises the shareholders of Klotter Elektrotechnik GmbH on the entry of Gimv as shareholder

METIS has advised the founders and shareholders of Klotter Elektrotechnik GmbH on the entry of financial investor Gimv (Sustainable-Cities-platform).

Klotter is a leading provider for building transformer substations, industrial automation, building distributors as well as building services technology and is one of the pioneers in the industry regarding digitisation. The company is geared towards industrial customers, including hospitals and data centres and has around 60 employees at the seat of the company in Rheinau, Baden-Wuerttemberg. Gimv and the founders of Klotter plan to further strengthen Klotter by increasing the number of employees as well as acquiring additional companies.

Gimv is a European investment company, listed on Euronext Brussels and currently has over EUR 2 billion of assets under management split over more than 50 companies.
