A METIS team has advised Doerrenberg Edelstahl GmbH on the takeover of the central warehouse stock of tool steel from Deutsche Edelstahlwerke in Witten.
Doerrenberg, a portfolio company of GESCO SE, strengthens by this transaction its presence as one of the leading suppliers in the tool steel market.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Felix Dette, Mario Kuhn (both Corporate/M&A) and Dr. Eva Breitenfeld (Employment).
