METIS advised cosmetics producer and bottler Rudolf Dankwardt GmbH on the sale of its liquid division at the Norderstedt site. The buyer is Sebapharma (Boppard). Rudolf Dankwardt GmbH will in future produce both liquid and aerosol products from its site in Lübtheen.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Felix Dette, Dr. Lars Friske, Christopher Seemann (all Corporate/M&A), Dr. Daniel Benkert and Dr. Vera Luickhardt (both Employment).
