METIS has advised fitness and health provider INJOY Quality GmbH on the acquisition of the German and Austrian portfolio of the Swedish ACTIC Group.
INJOY, which belongs to the ACISO Group, is one of the leading franchise systems in the German-speaking fitness and health industry with 130 locations in Germany and Austria. As a result of the acquisition, the INJOY brand network will grow by 22 clubs and almost 21,000 members.
