Frankfurt based law firm METIS Rechtsanwälte LLP has advised Reed Business Information Limited on the acquisition of Tschach Solutions GmbH, a provider of carbon market analytics based in Karlsruhe/Germany. The company was sold by its founders. Reed Business Information is part of the international publishing group Reed Elsevier, a world leading provider of professional information solutions in the Science, Medical, Legal and Risk and Business sectors.
The products of Tschach Solutions GmbH will enhance the portfolio of Reed Business information’s business division ICIS, a leading energy market information provider.
