The German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche ranks METIS among the most reputable M&A law firms in its 2021 ranking. Felix Dette and Bernhard Maluch are mentioned as highly recommended lawyers in this field.
As every year, the decision is based on the result of a survey of more than 4,000 lawyers conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI), as well as an expert assessment by a jury comprising mainly general counsel of major German companies.
