METIS employment team has advised US shell company SPAC Qell Acquisition on employment issues related to its billion-dollar merger with Munich-based electric air jet manufacturer Lilium.
METIS was part of a team of advisors led by the law firm Goodwin Procter, which also included the law firms Blomstein, Neuland and KPMG.
The METIS team included Prof. Dr. Daniel Benkert and Lena Fersch.
