METIS Rechtsanwälte advised TATTERSALL-LORENZ Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH on the acquisition of a part of the property management division of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management GmbH (formerly Cording Real Estate Group GmbH) by way of an asset deal.
Tattersall-Lorenz is a property management company operating throughout Germany and is based in Berlin. The acquired properties from the office and light industrial sectors have a combined rental space of approximately 440,000 sqm. They are located in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Hamburg, Hesse, Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. As part of the transaction, employees of Edmond de Rothschild were also taken over.
