METIS Rechtsanwälte LLP has advised a founder of the agricultural trading and information platform Dedere Deutschland GmbH in a new financing round with Hessen Kapital I GmbH. The investment company of the state investment funds of the State of Hesse acquired a share of 25% in the company.
Dedere provides digital B2B-platforms in the agricultural trading sector with current pricing information, data and forecasts for the food industry as well as trading and community features for market participants. About 47,000 customers including companies from over 150 countries have already registered on the Dedere platform.
