METIS has advised the shareholders of Töchter & Söhne Gesellschaft für digitale Helfer mbH on the sale of their shares to a company of the MediFox Group. MediFox Group is owned by Hg Capital. MediFox offers software solutions for the healthcare industry.
Töchter & Söhne Gesellschaft für digitale Helfer mbH is an e-health company, based in Berlin. Since its formation in 2012, Töchter & Söhne has been providing digital services for both voluntary and professional caregivers. In addition, Töchter & Söhne develops and operates innovative digital services for companies in the healthcare industry. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Heinrich von Bünau (transaction lead), Bettine Jankowski, Desirée Lehmann-Alvarez (all corporate/M&A) and Lena Fersch (labour law).
