International guests spent two days in Frankfurt/Main to discuss current trends and developments in Corporate Governance. METIS partner Heinrich von Bünau, discussed “Corporate Governance in large private companies” with Jan Eckert, General Counsel, ZF Friedrichshafen and Colin Mayer, CBE, Professor of management Studies at the University of Oxford in a panel discussion lead by Simon Link, Partner, Hengeler Mueller and Rabel Z Akhund, Partner of Akhund Forbes Hadi.
