Vera advises national and international clients on employment law matters in the context of transactions and restructuring as well as running day-to-day business. She has special expertise in the areas of external staff engagement (in particular, in intra-group set-ups), the establishment and participation of European Works Councils and mobile work.
In addition to advising, Vera represents our clients' interests in court and negotiations.
She advises in German and English language.
Regularly, Vera publishes in specialised media and is a recognized speaker for in-house trainings and lectures.
