A METIS team has advised Lafayette Mittelstand Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in circular economy specialist Ferro Duo Group.
Based in Duisburg and Münster, Germany, Ferro Duo is a leader in recycling industrial waste from the building materials, steel, and chemical industries. With over 15 patents and operations across Germany, the US (Ferro Duo US Inc.), UK, and Switzerland, Ferro Duo drives sustainability in the circular economy.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Felix Dette, Dr. Lars Friske, Dr. Christopher Seemann, Mario Kuhn, Pascal Rieth (all Corporate/M&A) and Daniel Salvadore (Employment).
