METIS advised the financial investor Lafayette Mittelstand Capital on the acquisition of the automotive supplier SCS Stahlschmidt Cable Systems.
Stahlschmidt Group, based in Bad Berleburg, Germany, is a leading supplier of mechanical unlocking systems with about 1,000 employees at six locations worldwide. Stahlschmidt develops and manufactures innovative Bowden cables, unlocking units and plastic injection molded parts in the automotive and industry sectors.
