METIS advised Bel Fuse Group, a leading supplier of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits, on the divestment of the Czech business of their business unit Stewart to PEI-Genesis.
The Stewart Czech business distributes connectivity products and produces copper, fiber and coaxial cable assemblies.
The buyer is US-based PEI-Genesis, a worldwide assembler and distributor of connector and cable solutions and a long-standing franchise distribution partner of Bel Fuse.
The METIS team consisted of Dr. Felix Dette, Dr. Lars Friske (joint team lead), Christopher Seemann, Desirée Lehmann-Alvarez, Jessica Tegelbekkers (all Corporate/M&A).
