METIS advises investor Thomas Fürst on a financing round for PropTech company orangery

METIS advised the investor Thomas Fürst on a financing round for the PropTech company orangery, which focuses on coworking spaces in German second tier cities.

Orangery has raised growth funding from three investors including Thomas Fürst through this recent financing round. Orangery currently operates coworking spaces in Hildesheim, Stralsund and Rostock. Locations in Solingen, Magdeburg, Lemgo and Schwerin will open in the coming weeks, with numerous others to follow over the next 36 months. In the future, areas such as fitness, wellness, barber, co-living, concierge and laundry services as well as childcare shall be integrated in the orangery locations.
