METIS Rechtsanwälte LLP has advised the shareholders of Karnasch Professional Tools GmbH, a leading supplier of high performance tools, on the sale of the company to Irish based ATA Group.
Karnasch is a third-generation, family-owned company selling precision industrial tools, including for grinding, milling, cutting, sawing and drilling. It supplies a number of industry sectors including automotive, aerospace, construction and mechanical engineering, and exports to more than 60 countries. Headquartered in Cavan, Ireland, ATA is a leading international manufacturer of precision tools with locations in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
