Frankfurt based law firm METIS Rechtsanwälte LLP has advised NASDAQ-listed ADTRAN, Inc., a leading global provider of next-generation network solutions, on its acquisition of the international fixed-line Broadband Access Business (BBA) from telecommunications provider Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN). The scope of the transaction will include the Broadband Access intellectual properties, technologies and the established customer base as well as up to approximately 400 employees globally.
